Update✨

After spending a total of 10 days in hospital over the past two weeks, I have finally had my surgery and have now been discharged home to begin my recovery journey.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their patience, understanding, kind messages and support during this time. It has meant so much to me.

As I focus on recovering and following medical advice, I will be taking some time away from the salon. While I’m disappointed to be away from doing what I love, my priority right now is giving my body the time it needs to heal properly.

I can’t wait to get back to seeing all of my wonderful clients and their gorgeous dogs and I hope to be back doing what I love as soon as I am able.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. I’ll keep you updated on my recovery and return to the salon when I know more.

Hi everyone🩵

Just another little update from me…

Unfortunately since my last post things have changed a bit, and I’ve been readmitted to hospital with another episode of pancreatitis.

The plan now is for me to remain in hospital until I have surgery to remove my gallbladder, so I’ll sadly be out of action for a little while longer than I originally hoped.

As you can imagine this isn’t the update I was expecting or wanting to give, and I’m really disappointed to have to put work on hold again. I know many of you were expecting to see me back next week, and I’m so sorry for any inconvenience or disruption this causes.

Everyone affected will be contacted regarding appointments. Thank you all so much for your continued patience, kindness and understanding while I navigate this, it really does mean the world.

I also want to say another huge thank you to the girls at The Wag Club, who have continued to be amazing and support things behind the scenes while I’m away. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’re doing.

I’m hopeful that once surgery is done and recovery is underway, I’ll be able to get back to doing what I love as soon as possible. Until then I’m taking things one day at a time and focusing on getting better.

Thank you again for all the lovely messages and support, it’s been truly appreciated more than you know.

The Grooming Experiment🧪✂️

At the beginning of the month, Susi and I entered an online grooming competition in the Squad Team Class, where we both groomed Archie… and we were thrilled to be awarded 2nd place🥈

It was such a fun experience working together as a team and I loved being able to share it with Susi. We’re so proud of what we achieved together.

Our beautiful rosette and trophy have now arrived and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

A huge thank you to Archie for being such a superstar throughout, he was the most patient boy and the perfect model💙

Hi everyone,

Just a little update from me.

I’ve now been discharged from hospital, which I’m really relieved about, although I’m still feeling quite unwell and continuing to recover at home. I’m currently awaiting a date for surgery which should be within the next 6 weeks, so things are still feeling a little uncertain for me at the moment.

I’m hoping to return to work next week while I wait for my operation, but I will be taking things slowly and trying not to overdo it whilst I recover.

Everyone should now have been contacted regarding appointments, either to rearrange, rebook, or to be offered a space on our cancellation list. I just want to say a huge thank you for everyone’s patience and understanding during this time.

I’m also incredibly grateful to the girls at The Wag Club, who have been amazing throughout all of this and have worked so hard behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and avoid as many cancellations as possible. Their support has meant so much to me, and I know so many of you have appreciated their help too🐾

Thank you all so much again for all the lovely messages, kindness and support, it’s been truly appreciated more than you know. I’m really looking forward to being back with all your lovely dogs soon, even if I’m taking things one step at a time for now🩵

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately I’ve been admitted back into hospital following some ongoing health issues that started at the beginning of May. I’ve now been diagnosed with pancreatitis and will be remaining in hospital whilst doctors monitor me and plan for surgery to remove my gallbladder.

At the moment, everything is a little uncertain as they need to make sure there are no stones causing further complications before surgery can go ahead, so I may be in hospital for a little while longer than expected.

I just wanted to reassure all of my lovely customers that the girls at The Wag Club are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep things running as smoothly as possible. They’ll be contacting clients where needed to rearrange appointments and accommodate everyone as best they can during this time🩵

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding and kind messages, it truly means the world to me. I’m hoping to be back doing what I love as soon as possible🐾

Our puppy grooms are all about creating a calm, positive first experience and helping little ones build confidence with the grooming process from an early age.

Great British Grooming Show 2026🇬🇧💙

Still trying to process today… I entered my 3rd grooming competition and somehow came away with 1st place in the Experienced Beginners class!🥇

I’m so proud of how far I’ve come already, and days like today make all the hard work, nerves and practice completely worth it.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me and encouraged me along the way, it honestly means so much. And of course, the biggest shoutout goes to beautiful Luna, who was an absolute superstar all day✨ I’d also like to say thank you to the incredible judges, Mel Winters-Holmes and Kirsty Hunt.

Feeling very grateful, very proud and even more motivated to keep learning and improving. What an amazing day!🐾✂️🏆
