Here at Old Down we have an animal park with a large range of animals from Alpacas to Pigs or visit our smaller animals in pets corner. With regular animal encounter sessions held daily at 11am and 2pm where you can meet the animals and their keepers. Let the kids run free in our adventure playground equipped with zip wire, climbing equipment and giant jumping pillow. We also have the perfect spac

e for toddlers to explore in our toddler play area with trampolines, sand pit and Little Tykes cars. Our beautiful landscaped gardens, Victorian walled garden and the wild flower meadows are the perfect escape to take a walk, have a picnic or explore the nature available with panoramic views of the river Severn and Wales. We have an onsite café serving a range of hot and cold beverages and food, catering for multiple dietary requirements there is something for everyone. Our farm shop is full of locally sourced products from independent businesses, as well as seasonal produce grown on the estate by our talented gardeners. We love an event and run multiple events throughout the year include glamping, festivals and more. Why not book online for our popular Afternoon Teas, Sunday lunch and Breakfasts. Where did the time go?! 😱 As the summer holidays draws to a close, here's what we have going on for the final week:

🌮 Monday 25th: Food and Drink Festival (£5pp, kids under 12 go FREE. Country Park tickets sold seperately).
🎨 Monday 25th: Farm animal crafts at the Crafty Cabin.
🐄 Tuesday 26th: 'Be an Animal Keeper for the day' (pre-booking is essential due to limited spaces).
🦉 Wednesday 27th: Owl Adventures are here! (Re-scheduled from this week) Plus, our soft play bus will open.
🚌 Saturday 30th/Sunday 31st: Soft play bus open.

This bank holiday, the only tough decision should be… sweet, savoury or spicy first? 🌶️ Enjoy award winning wings by Gurt Wings and mouth watering doughnuts by Pipp & Co, along with a range of different food and drink traders.

Along with good food, we have entertainment like a chilli eating competition, cocktail making class and a cookie decorating workshop for the kids! 🍪
