Old Down Country Park

During autumn and winter, we close at 4pm. Here at Old Down we have an animal park with a large range of animals from Alpacas to Pigs or visit our smaller animals in pets corner. With regular animal encounter sessions held daily at 11am and 2pm where you can meet the animals and their keepers. mping pillow. We also have the perfect space for toddlers to explore in our toddler play area with trampolines, sand pit and Little Tykes cars. Our beautiful landscaped gardens, Victorian walled garden and the wild flower meadows are the perfect escape to take a walk, have a picnic or explore the nature available with panoramic views of the river Severn and Wales. We have an onsite café serving a range of hot and cold beverages and food, catering for multiple dietary requirements there is something for everyone. Our farm shop is full of locally sourced products from independent businesses, as well as seasonal produce grown on the estate by our talented gardeners.
