We are a small, friendly & local team that are here for all your petcare needs. We are fully insured, DBS checked and have more than 10 years experience in the pet industry. We are also certified Canine First Aiders, and believe in co

nstantly improving our knowledge and understanding of your furry friends, so we are always looking to participate in CPD events. Before taking on a client, we will always have a free of charge consultation visit to meet you and your pet to introduce ourselves. This helps to ensure a smooth handover and gives us an opportunity to discuss any specific needs or requirements your pets may have. Please note that dog services are offered on the following conditions:

All dogs must be fully vaccinated or undergo regular immunity titre testing - certification will need to be shown prior to services commencing. All dogs must be microchipped and wear pet tags in accordance with UK law. Dogs taking part in group walking sessions will need to be well socialised and well behaved. We are more than happy to work with dogs with reactivity issues or nervous personalities however recommend a single walk session for these dogs. We have experience with reactive dogs and are fully aware of the challenges they present. Everyone at Little Critters Petcare believes in force free training methods and using reward based learning for pets. We are expert carers of dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, and birds, providing not only dog walking services, but home boarding for small pets and house & pet sitting for when you are on holiday. Our owner, Dan, holds numerous certifications in canine nutrition and has attended a huge variety of training seminars on pet industry subjects ranging from parasite control to dog training. We love animals of all kinds and we are avid believers that as pet owners we have a huge responsibility towards the animals in our care and it is entirely up to us to make sure that we provide for them in every way that we can.

Our Story

Little Critters Petcare is a local, pet care service in Bristol created and managed by me - Dan! I am fully insured, DBS checked and have more than 9 years experience in the pet industry. I am also a certified Canine First Aider (UKRS Certified via Canine Principles). I believe in constantly improving my knowledge and understanding of our furry friends, so I am currently studying a professional diploma in Dog Walking & Canine Care. Before taking on a canine client, I will always have a free of charge consultation visit to meet you and your pet to introduce myself. This helps to ensure a smooth handover and gives us an opportunity to discuss any specific needs or requirements your pet may have. I love animals of all kinds and over the years I have a real passion within myself for learning more about them. I am an avid believer that as pet owners we have a huge responsibility towards the animals in our care and it is entirely up to us to make sure that we provide for them in every way that we can. I have won awards in the petcare industry, namely 2014 C-SQP of the year - Over the Counter Awards & 2015 Customer Care Award Highly Commended - Over the Counter Awards). I am more than happy to provide evidence of these certifications on request.
