On Sunday we held another Saddle Club Pub Ride 🍻

This time we went to Five Bells Whitchurch. All enjoyed a lovely 9 mile ride with stunning views, good company and fantastic weather! Thank you to all who came, it really was a lovely day. ❤️

A big thanks to Joanna and her staff at The Five Bells for hosting us. We had a wonderful stop here and the food was 10/10. Supporting local businesses who source ingredients from local farmers, welcome all walks of people and four legged friends is so important.

PONY AND PICNIC DAY 🌯😋
Join us for a lovely countryside hack and picnic in the wilderness of Dorset.
♡ Tuesday 28th July
♡10am - 2pm
♡ Age 7+
♡ All abilities welcome
♡ Bring a plate of picnic food (rucksack too if you have one)
♡ Limited spaces

SHOW WEEK 🏵
Our 3 day show week consists of 2 days learning how to turn out a horse for a show and show classes as well as a clear round jumping course. The final day will be the show day where parents and friends will be invited to watch the show classes and show jumping. Lots of rosettes to be won! This year we will be holding a championship class for the Jo Forsey Equestrian Trophy 🏆 (If anyone would like to sponsor the trophy please get in touch)
♡Tuesday 4th - Thursday 6th August
♡ 10am - 2pm. (The show day may run longer)
♡ Age 7+
♡ All abilities welcome
♡ Bring a packed lunch
♡ If you have show jackets, shirts and ties for the last day then feel free to dress to impress!

PIRATE TREASURE HUNT 🏴‍☠️🦜
There is treasure to be found in and around Bidlake, you will have to climb aboard your four legged ship for a scavenger hunt hack to be in with a chance of finding the Bidlake treasure!
♡ Friday 14th August
♡ 10am - 1pm
♡ Age 5+
♡ All abilities welcome
♡ Bring a packed lunch that can be packed in a rucksack (plus a rucksack if you have one)
♡ Fools gold for the best fancy dress!

PONY OLYMPICS 🥇🥈🥉🏅
This year will mark the opening ceremony for the Bidlake Pony Olympics! A challenging course of in hand and ridden courses set to build confidence, strength and agility. Could you be the next gold, silver or bronze medalist!

A POLITE REMINDER

Our diary is getting busier especially coming up to the summer holidays. Please make sure you arrive 5 mins early or more for all lessons and hacks, please foot dip and hand sanitise and be ready at the gate. If you are ready our yard staff can get you sorted much quicker. We are on a very tight schedule and we also need to factor in clients and horses swapping over, bookings and payments.

Our prices are affordable for all and we would like to keep it this way. We have limited staff and we are VERY lucky to have some lovely volunteers who help keep the yard running efficiently as best we can. Just to give you all an idea of our running costs 1 set of shoes now costs us over £100. We also have routine veterinary costs, feed, dentist, saddlers and the list goes on.

We appreciate life can get very busy, illness, and our staff and volunteers are working very very hard to keep to our busy schedule and keep the yard running to its best so please bear with us and just keep in mind our very hard working horses and staff.
