I am a level 2 qualified mobile dog groomer. I have been grooming since 2021 and have been mobile since 2023.

A great before and after of my last groom today. 2 yrs since her last groom and yet was such a angel on the table!

2 of my grooms today. Both were very excitable so sadly i forgot to take pics on the table. First I had little Simba in for a puppy intro with some peanut butter and a licky mat what a handsome little boy he is and then it was Honey’s turn. She was super nervous at first so worked better to do a groom outside as she was much calmer there. Sometimes it is not possible without more stress than the dog can cope with to get a whole groom done in 1 go with tricky dogs so have broken it down and will be back there next week to finish.

A few from today’s grooms. I am not always so great at remembering to take before pics. 🤦🏻‍♂️The first 2 are of Dinka a lovely cockerpoo, then 1 of Lady a beautiful elderly german shepard that needed a deshed and tidy, doesn’t enjoy being on the table so a nice groom on the floor where she can relax and then a tidy for a new girl, a stunning little cocker spaniel called Willow.

A little post about why I am a mobile groomer and why I don’t bath the dogs.
For me mobile grooming works well around my children and I love the variety of going to different places.
I get to know the owners and dogs better as it is always 1:1 with no other distractions.
The dogs are more relaxed as they are in their own home and it’s nice that the owners can watch and see how well their dog is being treated.
I chose to not do bathing as then it takes out the need for the super noisy driers which 9/10 dogs don’t like so with the dog being washed the day before it takes away the added stress of drying for the dog which in my experience seems to work well and the owners prefer as they have a happier more content dog.

A deshed and tidy for the beautiful Pip today. She was a very chill older girl so I decided to ditch the grooming table and sit on the floor where she was most comfy and boy did she enjoy the groom and cuddles! I love going to peoples homes to do a groom. The dog is more relaxed and the owner’s are happier as they can see for themeselves that their dogs are being treated like the babies they are! ❤️
