Meet Murphy 🐶🐾

Murphy visited us after becoming unwell at home. When visiting our Vet Clare, it was suspected Murphy had a foreign body and was admitted for X-rays.

Murphy's x-rays showed a stone present and distention of the bowels with gas build up, meaning the safest way to remove the stone was via exploratory laparotomy. Murphy went straight into surgery and the stone was removed without any complications or further trauma.

Murphy has now made a full recovery and after his final post operative check he is back with his family, best friend Milo and enjoying all his favourite things!

We have loved looking after Murphy here at Priory and are so happy he can live life to the full again but.. maybe lay of the stones Murphy! ♥️

Unfortunately we have had a deceased entire male, ginger cat handed into the Bridlington branch this morning.

He does not have a microchip and was found at the traffic lights near Bridlington hospital.
