✨ Saturday Bath and Brush Appointments ✨

TWO appointments have become available on Saturday 7th June at 10am or 1:30pm. We can either do a Smooth Haired Full groom (frenchies, labs, chihuahuas) or Bath and Brush (cockapoo, spaniels, shih tzu) these are NOT hair cutting appointments, we remain at a 12wk waiting time for those.

Please call the salon and leave a message OR direct message us on WhatsApp. 🐾

🚨 ❌ PRICE CHANGES ❌ 🚨

The business have changed the pricing structure for grooming time 🫧
If your dog takes over the allotted time frame you will be charged extra on top of the original grooming price 🐾
This could be due to a number of things such as,

🌟Behaviour issues,
🌟Coat condition/type
🌟Grooming schedule

For example a medium sized cockapoo is usually £53 however, if it takes the groomer more than 90 minutes there will be an additional charge of £10 every half an hour extra. Most cockapoos take 2 hours which means the grooming price would go upto £63 if this is the case 🫧

We also offer a tailored package which is £10 and would be more beneficial for your dog. If you choose to add a package onto your groom you will not be required to pay for the additional time🐶

All customers will be made aware at your next grooming appointment ✂️

Just a gentle reminder to all of our customers💫

-We do not offer walk in services for full grooms or baths and brushes✨

- Nail clipping is subject to availability ✨

- We have an 11 week wait for full groom appointments, our next one is mid July✨

- Any last minute cancellations we will contact people who are on our cancellation list ✨

- If you need to contact us and we are unavailable to answer the phone please leave us a voicemail with your enquiry, name and NUMBER. Please make sure a number is left otherwise we cannot contact you back✨

- If your dog displays aggression during the groom we do offer a secondary groomer option which comes at an additional cost of £10 every 30 minutes ✨

- We do not offer the option of you staying in the salon whilst your dog is being groomed✨

- If your dog is reactive, please consider we are a very busy salon with other dogs in and it’s very rare we have 1 groomer in the salon on their own✨

- If you miss your appointment you will lose your £15 deposit and you will also be waiting 11 weeks✨

Heidi’s behaviour is faultless and we always look forward to having her in the salon, mainly for cuddles🐾

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

From the 31st March 2025 the offer “every fourth groom half price” loyalty scheme is ending. Any customers who have a 3rd groom booked in before and on March 31st will still receive their half price voucher and will be able to use it until voucher expiry date.

As a salon, we cannot see if it is your 1st, 2nd or 3rd groom. If you have any queries or would like to know, please contact the Pets At Home customer service team. This is rolled out across the business.

🌟2024 - that’s a wrap 🌟

A massive thank you to our old and new customers this year, with at one point a 13 week waiting list and numerous maintenance set backs, you’ve been so patient and understanding. We are so grateful for our gifts, well wishes and cards 🫶🏼

🎄From December 1st we have welcomed 291 of your precious pooches, and this last week alone (fuelled by chocolate + fabulous bather Lou) a massive 112 of you 🎄

🎅🏻🫧We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We can’t wait to see you in 2025 🫧🎅🏻
