Pet Friends Pet Friends is a Dog Walking and Pet Care Service around the Bridgwater area. We offer group walks o I also offer home visits for all animals large or small.

Pet Friends is a dog walking and pet sitting service operating in and around the Bridgwater area and surrounding villages. I offer dog walking on a one to one basis or small group walks. I have worked with dogs for more than 25years and have worked as an animal welfare officer for the local authority. From an early age of growing up on the family farm surrounded by lots of different animals I have

had a real passion for animals but in particular dogs, I have been involved in showing dogs at different levels, have competed in Obedience with all my dogs and enjoyed Agility and Flyball. I have previously ran a local boarding kennels and cattery and been involved caring for working gundogs. I have taken animal first aid courses, completed a Canine Psychology & Behaviour course, Attended numerous Dog Law Seminars and other dog related courses over the years.I am a judge for KC Good Citizen Testing and at present completing my KC Accredited Instructors Qualification. I am CRB checked and fully insured, I also offer Dog Micro-Chipping. I can taylor the service to your needs so please just ask. I started Pet Friends as a hobby which then was a way to raise funds for the Rescue Dogs I work with that require veterinary attention, re-habilitation before going on to their new forever homes.

A man who ran an animal attraction involving golden retrievers in Somerset has been banned from keeping dogs after two of the animals died under his care.

Nicolas Grant-St James of Carhampton in Minehead, ran the Golden Retriever Experience in Dunster, where visitors could spend time with the dogs.
