At Calavey Pet Services we are proud to have supported some of the local Open Shows with our 50%off your first Service vouchers.

We are giving something back to our show community but also building relationships with responsible breeders. It is lovely to offer services to new customers and meet their canine companions, showcasing our facilities, knowledge and offering that much needed flexible support when dogs do not always confirm at convenient times.

Pleased that a few have used their vouchers, no time limit or service restrictions (packaging and postage excluded for chilled semen shipping). Looking forward to seeing more being used soon. Always as flexible as possible for appointments.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us today for our BVA Eye Testing Clinic hosted by Calavey Pet Services with vet Paul McPherson.

What a fantastic and very successful day — home just before 7pm after seeing 70 dogs and 13 puppies for their annual eye testing! 🐾

We are so grateful to everyone who attended, arrived on time, supported the smooth running of the day, and helped make the clinic such a success. A special thank you to Paul McPherson for his time, professionalism and care throughout the day.

It was lovely to see so many responsible breeders and owners prioritising health testing and the future wellbeing of their dogs.

It’s always nice when a new customer leaves a review, thankyou Cheristone Doodles for the positive review of our services.

Calavey supported us through an end-to-end mating process, including semen analysis, progesterone testing, and hands-on assistance with what was a slightly tricky pairing. This resulted in two well-timed matings, and I feel confident that everything possible has been done to give the best chance of success.
Calavey’s facilities are excellent – clean, professional, and very well set up. Sam was generous with her time, talking everything through beforehand, and we were made to feel welcome at the clinic. Throughout the process, she was calm, knowledgeable, and handled everything in a way that kept the dogs relaxed and achieved the desired result.
I expect we’ll be back for a pregnancy confirmation scan in a few weeks. Thank you, Sam, for your support.
