We met Chilli a couple of weeks ago for some training, and what a fantastic girl she is 🐾

She’s full of potential and just needs a little help to comfortably explore the real world.

Chilli was rescued as a pup with a deformity in her paw. As she’s grown, it hasn’t improved, and she’s now at the stage where vets are assessing next steps, with amputation likely being the best option.

Because this was present from such a young age, insurance won’t cover the cost.

We don’t usually do fundraisers, but this is one we truly believe in.

At the end of the month, we’ll be taking on the UK Three Peaks with the dogs, pushing ourselves to help raise funds for Chilli’s surgery and recovery ⛰️🐕

Meet Kai 🐾

Kai recently completed our 4 week Board & Train programme, focusing on building the foundations every dog needs.

We worked on
• Reliable recall
• Loose lead manners
• Dog neutrality

Before training, Kai had started practising some unwanted behaviours and his owners were finding things difficult, which is why they reached out to us.

Four weeks later Kai is now able to recall, remain neutral around other dogs, and walk calmly on a loose lead.

Follow up sessions will now help ensure these skills transfer smoothly into everyday life and give the owners support if any challenges pop up along the way.

Mantrailing Global Level 1 passes all round! 💪🏻

On Sunday, four teams completed their Mantrailing Global Level 1 assessments, with all teams passing no problems and recording some impressive times.

Team Ted
450 m in 7 minutes 30 seconds

Team Bill
360 m in 5 minutes 40 seconds

Team Boomer
370 m in 4 minutes 18 seconds

Team Bonnie
420 m in 5 minutes 29 seconds

Another visit to Parc Tredelerch for mantrailing.

What a morning with multiple surface changes and plenty of distractions, yet every dog successfully found their hidden person 🙌🏻
