Not every print is perfect — and that’s okay 🙂

This morning we came into the workshop to find a failed print on one of our machines. It doesn’t happen often, but at the end of the day, these are still machines 🤖 and every production process has small losses.

We don’t get discouraged 💪

We clean up 🧹, check the printer 🔧, and get straight back to work — because delivering great models 🏰 and bringing a bit of joy to your tables 🎲 is what drives us every single day.

Today we’re sharing something interesting from the world of 3D printing — Tree Supports! 🌳✨
These unique support structures are designed to branch out like real trees, giving us a smarter and more efficient way to print complex models.

Why do we use Tree Supports?
✔️ They use much less material
✔️ They reduce printing time
✔️ They are easier to remove
✔️ They leave cleaner surfaces on the final print
✔️ And thanks to the material savings, we can offer better final pricing to our customers

Of course, nothing is perfect — tree supports can sometimes require more careful slicing and may be slightly less stable for very heavy models. But when used correctly, they’re an amazing tool that gives us high-quality results at a lower cost.

Another small but satisfying 3D printing project completed here in Bridgend! 🛠️✨

The silver part in the photo is the original component — a piece that’s no longer available from the manufacturer. Our customer needed several replacements, so we reverse-engineered, redesigned, and 3D printed fully functional copies.

We used PETG material, chosen specifically because these parts will be used in a bathroom environment, where durability and moisture resistance are essential. 💧🔩

3D printing is perfect for giving a second life to components that are discontinued, broken, or impossible to buy. If you need a custom part recreated, designed from scratch, or improved — we’re here to help!

Have you ever held a mystery in your hands?
This is our latest 3D print, created for one of our clients – the Hollow Heart Configuration 🖤🧩
A puzzle box with a story… or perhaps a warning.

Inspired by the lore described by the Pyramid Gallery, this piece blends intricate geometric patterns with eerie symbolism. Every side feels like it’s hiding a secret waiting to be unlocked.

These photos are simple, raw, and taken straight from the workshop – and honestly, that might be the best way to show how the details catch the light, reveal texture, and bring the design to life. But I’m thinking of experimenting with more dramatic lighting next time... something darker, more cinematic, maybe even a rotating video shot.

Today we want to share an interesting story from our workshop.

A client came to us with a 3D printed replica he ordered from another seller. Unfortunately, the quality was terrible.
Very thick layer lines, warped details, badly fitted parts… Honestly, it’s hard to believe that someone would hand this to a customer and charge money for it.

We prepared a new version for him — much more precise, cleanly printed, and perfectly fitted.
The difference? You can clearly see it in the collage below.
And the most important part: the client left with a big smile.
