Ptarmigan Gundogs We own a team of fully health tested working Gundogs. Our Boys are a wonderful stamp/temperament allowing us to offer them for stud with great pride.

We are gundog breeders & have open waiting lists. Progesterone Testing using AIA360 open to all. Progesterone Testing in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire using our regularly calibrated AIA360 (The best machine on the market), we work closely along side local vets providing this service to them & giving you peace of mind that our results are accurate, but most importantly the 20 years of breeding

advice and knowledge is also available to support new and experienced breeders. Our progesterone testing is open to all breeds and you do not need to be using our stud dogs. Postal progesterone testing is also accepted. Please do get in contact with any requirements.

Everyone meet the new kid on the block, Case! He’s from our recent litter from Sandy and Blue (pagan’s son) he’s a cracker and we are looking forward to his future so much planning has gone into him, so no pressure little man!

Honestly some days are made extra special when it all falls into place, yesterday cruise picked happily as part of the team, he has been growing in confidence and picked last Friday sweeping, and now the penny has dropped! Yes I do it very differently to most but it’s always worked, no pressure and let them find their way! He’s going to be such a brilliant asset to the team and be such a wonderful stud dog, he’s such a kind loyal little dog, safe to say Bertie has thrown me a cracker and to top it he’s amazing with Thomas, such an all round amazing dog! 💕🐾

Chip, what can I say you are turning into such a lovely young dog, your everything I hoped for and you make the chocolate haters turn their heads! You’re finally becoming such a valid team member! (Excuse the war paint it’s protecting a wound) Your kind, loving, loyal and a brilliant working dog! I will always be grateful for for breeding him and choosing him, he’s got such a lovely soul! 💕🐾 he looks amazing at the moment too on alpha food and raw, working 4/5 days a week!

Pups had their vet check today, all passed with flying colours such a stressful morning but it’s certainly made easier with our vets doing home visits. Thomas was on hand to help of course! 🐾💕 one more week of the minions!

Meanwhile at home it’s puppy and toy heaven, they are always left in very capable hands while I’m out working the dogs! They are growing fast and looking forward to starting their next adventures in two weeks, they are going to fill the box before they go! 💕🐾
