Our guests having a bit of a stretch. Young fit rabbits should be able to stand on there hind legs and stretch. My own rabbits are very fit and regularly stand on their hind legs to get a better look at me when I'm giving out food. Fat rabbits and rabbits without plenty space can't do this

Abi was booked to work to help me cover 4 drop off and pick ups this morning and only one has kept their appointment.

Unfortunately if this continues to happen we are going to have to look at ways of the business taking more money so I can employ more staff to cover as us being expected to be available 24/7 is taking its toll.

Our priority are the animals wasting time waiting for people and admin takes us away from that.

No walk-ins. Please do not turn up without a booking.
Unscheduled visits disrupt our pre arranged schedule.

📅 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes.
📞 If we don’t answer, we are busy and cannot change your appointment.

This is a 24/7 operation we need to take some rest at some point as well. Even 30 minutes early can interrupt us feeding ourselves and resting, adding stress to our days.

If you are going to use us please can you respect that we are appointment only for the sake of the care of your animals and the fees we charge.

A 24/7 reception costs a lot more than appointment only.
