A little information on our booking system.....
Our Acuity system recently did an update to include an opt-in tick box to receive our SMS message reminders.
When you book with us you receive a confirmation of booking email. Depending how far in advance you have booked you will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your booking. And as an added back up (so you definitely dont forget) a SMS message is sent 2 hours before your visit.
Being as we run with locked & coded gates, the text message is particularly important, so you have the most up-to-date gate codes on your phone with you on arrival.
Please do remember to tick the opt-in box, unfortunately this does need to be done every time you book now.
Please rest assured, we never give your details to third parties, or bombarded you with marketing. Messages are purely for gate code/visit updates via our automated system.
On very rare occasions I will, Call, Text, WhatsApp or Messenger visitors if we have some kind of field emergency that could affect your visit. Usually extreme weather, occasionally naughty car locking Pugs, broken locks or lost keys.
Edna and I are pretty simple, so we like the little things that make life easier. 🙃😏
