Am trying to keep my prices low .
If you do not gove 24 hours notice for cancellation and think your ok not paying for missed appointment please lose my number and you will be taken off our books £175 lost because of people not being bothered to inform us .
No i cant take a deposit at this rate its going to cost me my buisness i built up .most are great and will pay others think or not bothered i STILL have my bills and as ive said before my budget is tight as i want people to be able to afford to get their dogs groomed .am so upset people dont think before they just dont turn up 😡

Ive come across a lot of people thinking their dogs breath smells when its actually a fold in the bottom lip / jaw .
Its usually in the middle of front and back jaw .if you feel around a feel crusty bits thats food getting stuck going rancid and smelling .if you find yes theres crusty bits open the fold and soak in warm water till soft enough to wipe off with a wipe make sure its completely dry ( be careful as it also can get very sore )
So each meal especially if wet food and wipe each time .we used to get very few like this but we are getting more and more with it each year
