โ€ผ๏ธPolite customer notice -

We are totally flexible with pick up and drop off times but PLEASE make contact if youโ€™re going to be late for either. I donโ€™t currently add any additional charges on for this and would like to keep it that way. But please be mindful that it can have a huge knock on effect on our day if each arrangement is running late and I havenโ€™t been informed.

We are so grateful for all bookings, have bonded with so many dogs and met some truly lovely people along the way.
This is a business, yes - but we much prefer the personal touches and less formal approach. All we ask is a quick message to let us know of any delays.
