If your dog walker is cancelling walks this week and offering pop-ins instead, it’s because your dogs welfare always comes first

In these temperatures, the risk of heat stroke is hugely increased and no walk is ever worth putting any dogs life at risk.

Please also remember:
When we cancel walks, we also lose income. We make these decisions because we care more about your dogs safety than making money ❤️

It’s heartbreaking to still see people walking dogs during the hottest parts of the day, especially at lunchtime. It is just so dangerous for them!💔

What can you do instead of physical exercise??
🐶Mental stimulation🐶

Short training sessions, enrichment games, snuffle mats, lick mats, frozen treats, and scent work are all amazing ways to tire dogs out safely!

☀️NOTICE RE HEATWAVE - W/C 25TH MAY 2026☀️

We have always provided a service to absolute pawfection and the safety of all the pets we take care of remains our number one priority.

We will be closely monitoring next weeks anticipated heatwave which may result in cancelled walks. Ps, we will endeavour to ensure we are equipped with plenty of cold water whilst on walks, however if the temperature becomes unbearable it may be wise to arrange for shorter walks or home-drop ins as an alternative move.

We aim to keep all our clients updated on the situation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
