Summerfield Stables Summerfield Stables is a community stables and registered charity which provides a permanent home to rescued and re-schooled ponies.

Summerfield Stables is a community group that has been established over forty three years. Its aim is to encourage children and young people in the Yardley Wood area of Birmingham to understand and interact with horses. The young people who visit the stables are mostly between the ages of seven and eighteen and come from the surrounding areas, including Yardley Wood, Hall Green, Balsall Heath, Ki

ngs Heath and Billesley. We also encourage children with both mental and physical disabilities. As well as young people there are many adults who volunteer at the stables and everyone is welcome to contribute in order to benefit the horses

Pony days across the Summer Holidays are now available to book on EC pro under activity courses. You will definitely need your suncream if this heat wave continues! The dates available are the 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th of August and the 1st and 2nd September (as many have teacher training on those days).

Pony days are open to members and non members but places can often go quite fast so book quickly to secure your place..

Join us at Kings Heath Horse Show on Monday! There are limited spaces so please book via ecpro if you would like to attend. There is a £5 cost with the booking which is going towards horse transportation.
