Not that I get many people missing appointments but just remember my system that I’ve been using for over a year now does send emails, texts and does let me know when the emails have been opened etc

For everyone who pre books ( highly recommended ) the diary is open for next year. If you could please book your appointments I would be very grateful, a few already have done.

This is probably the worst I’ve ever seen for dogs with fleas..

Over the last 2 weeks I’ve had to send numerous dogs home with fleas. After having conversations with other groomers, vets etc please can you take your dog the vet and get treatment. Normal spot on’s don’t seem to working like normal.
My own dogs are treated with the vets and don’t seem to have an issue but finding people’s dogs who are treated with spot on’s aren’t responding as well. In the long run it’s cheaper to have them done with the vet than spending out treating your home when the dog has them.

Flea shampoo is charged for as an extra £10 on the groom.
