📢 No Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations

This month alone we’ve had over 10 no-shows and several days’ worth of last-minute cancellations. We completely understand that life happens, especially during the busy summer holidays, but please remember that this is the girls’ full time job and last-minute changes have a big impact.

We’ve been as lenient as possible up until now, but moving forward we will be enforcing a policy to ensure fairness:

Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice, or a missed appointment, will require a £20 payment per dog before rebooking.

We hope you understand this change is simply to protect our time, keep our diary running smoothly, and ensure everyone gets the appointments they need.

Upcoming Roadworks – Please Plan Ahead‼️

We have been informed today that roadworks will begin outside the salon tomorrow, Tuesday 25th, and are expected to last for at least two weeks. While the salon will remain open as usual, please allow extra time for your journey, as there will be three-way traffic lights and limited parking.

If there are any changes to the situation, we will notify all affected customers as soon as possible.

As a reminder, we offer a pick-up and drop-off service for £10. If you’d like to arrange this, please let us know in advance of your appointment.
