Dougy the Labrador came in for a bath, dry & de-shed today 😃

This beautiful boy had a warm and relaxing wash with some de-shedding shampoo & conditioner to start of his groom 🧼 he was then dried with the standing dryer and the blaster whilst standing nicely on the table. I fit Dougy with a happy hoodie to help insulate the noise and he was right as rain trying to give me kisses! 😄

After Dougy was dry, I gave him a little deshed with a furminator tool, and gave him a few sprays of doggie cologne as a final touch, before contacting his owner for pickup! 🚗

Dougy looked and smelled absolutely gorgeous after his groom 😃 and he was so well-behaved as always! 🩵

A huge thankyou to Dougy’s owner Jennifer for booking him in with me again 🙂 I look forward to seeing you both again when Dougy is next in need of a groom!

👑 ALL RISE FOR PRINCESS FRI FRI 👑

Frida came in for a full groom today 😃
(yes I know it’s Thursday, but I’m full tomorrow alright! 😝)

Anyhooooo 😂 moving on!

This beautiful little diva had a warm, relaxing bath 🧼 with some medicated shampoo that smelt lovely! She then had a little snooze whilst she dried with the standing dryer.

Frida’s nap was unfortunately short lived, much to her annoyance, 😂 as I then had to give her a haircut!

After her groom, Fri Fri looked so neat and tidy, and she smelt beautiful! 🥲

A huge thankyou to Frida’s family for always being so supportive of my business 🙏 I appreciate you all so much!

I look forward to giving Frida another groom soon when she’s next due 🙂

Basil came in for a full groom today 😃

After a warm & soapy bath, he had a little snooze under the standing dryer as I gave his coat a little brush, and then he had his usual haircut with some clippers and scissors 🙂

Basil was so well behaved today, and he looked so handsome after his groom 😃 I hope he feels a lot better in the summer heat after his haircut.

Buster came in for a full groom today 🙂

Buster is a beautiful wire-haired Jack Russell who I’ve have the pleasure of grooming for a while now 🥲 I love him to pieces and I couldn’t wait to pamper him like the little prince he is.

First up, Buster had a relaxing, warm bath with some baby powder shampoo. He then had a little snooze under the dryer whilst I brushed him dry with a slicker brush 🥰 sadly his siesta was short lived as I did have to wake him up to give him his haircut! 🐶

As a finishing touch I sprayed Buster with some baby powder scented cologne, and let him have a wander in the garden in the sun before pickup 🚗 he’s such a delight to groom, & it’s lovely seeing a big smile on his face!

A huge thankyou to Patsy for bringing him to me today 😊 it’s always lovely seeing you!

I look forward to giving Buster another haircut when he’s next due a groom!

👑 ALL RISE FOR PRINCESS FRI FRI 👑

Yes you heard it here first, Frida the Groomingdales VIP (and legend of the shihtzu’s) came in for a little trim today! 😃

Frida enjoyed her warm bath today, particularly liking the water faucet over her head 🚿 she kept walking towards it wanting more water 😂 she then had a little snooze under the standing dryer before having a little trim to tidy her up.

After her groom Frida looked absolutely fab and smelt beautiful! ⭐️

Norman came in for a full groom today 😃

This sweet boy had a warm relaxing bath, with some berry flavoured shampoo & conditioner 🧼 before having a short drying session with the standing dryer. He then had his usual haircut with some clippers and scissors to help him prepare for the warm summer months ahead! ☀️

Norman is such a lovely doggo 🥲 he used to be quite nervous when it came to being groomed, but today he confidently strutted in with his tail wagging ready for a pamper! I’m so proud of how far he’s come. ❤️

I can’t wait to see Norman again in a couple of months when he next needs a groom!

Bertie came in for a full groom today 😃

Bertie is a beautiful wire-haired dachshund who is full of a friendly & bubbly personality 🙂 he’s always such a pleasure to groom so I was looking forward to seeing him today.

Bertie had a relaxing, warm bath with some baby powder scented shampoo, and a short drying session with a happy hoodie & the standing dryer. I then gave him his usual haircut, which he stood so nicely for, and gave him a quick spray of doggie cologne as a finishing touch! 🩵

Bertie is a beautiful doggo inside and out, and he’s an absolute delight to have in the parlour 🙂 a huge thankyou to Claire for bringing Bertie in today. Your support means so much, thankyou!

Lola came in for a full groom today 😃

I think we can all agree that Lola is one of the cutest dogs around 🥲 She’s so beautiful and has a smile that can light up the darkest of days!

First up on the agenda was to give Lola a warm and soapy bath 🧼 which she seemed to really enjoy. She then had a short drying session with the standing dryer and a slicker brush. This didn’t take too long as Lola’s hair is very fine, so before she knew it, it was time for her trim!

So I grabbed my clippers and my scissors and gave Lola a little tidy up! By the end she was looking gorgeous and smelling beautiful!! 🙂

Poppy the wire-haired Jack Russell came in for a full groom today 😃

After a warm, relaxing bath with some summer fruits shampoo, she had a short trim with some clippers & scissors to help her combat that summer heat ☀️ she left the parlour feeling smooth, smelling beautiful & looking fab!

A huge thankyou to Christine and David for bringing Poppy in today 🙂 I appreciate you both lots and lots. It’s always lovely seeing you both!

👑 ALL RISE FOR PRINCESS FRI FRI 👑

Yes folks it’s Frida Friday!! (actually on a Friday this time!) 😂

Frida the VIP came in for a bath and cut early this morning before the rising temperatures caught us in her clutches! Fri Fri was as good as gold and left the parlour looking beautiful and smelling gorgeous! 💜

Hopefully Frida will be feeling more comfortable in the heat after her trim 😊 a huge thankyou to her owners for bringing her over today 👏 I appreciate you all lots & lots!

Betsy came in for a full groom today 😃

Betsy is a beautiful mix of a Shihtzu & a Pug, and her colouring reminded me very much of my late Pug Toby. It was lovely meeting her, and I couldn’t wait to give her a well-deserved spa treatment!

Betsy had a warm, soapy bath with some baby powder shampoo, and then she had a little snooze as she dried under the standing dryer 😂 this nap was short-lived however as I did have to wake her up shortly after to give her a haircut. She reluctantly obliged but was soon wagging her tail with a big smile on her face after her groom. She looked so tidy, and smelt beautiful!

A huge thankyou to Sarah and her daughter for bringing Betsy to me today 🙂 I really appreciate it!!
