💸 Payment Reminder 💸

We have our grumpy hats on…🫣

Unfortunately we have been receiving a lot of late and non-payments recently and are having to spend time chasing instead of doing what we really love - caring for your animals! 🐶

As a small business, every payment really does make a difference - small or big. When an invoice is paid late, it can have a knock-on effect for us, as we have our own business costs and commitments to cover.

We completely understand that life gets busy and things can sometimes be overlooked but we’d really appreciate invoices being paid by the due date.

Please note that all invoices must be now paid in full before services commence (unless otherwise agreed). If an invoice remains unpaid, unfortunately we won’t be able to provide the booked service.

We’re sorry to moan and really are incredibly grateful for all of our wonderful clients and your continued support of our small business 🐾❤️

I just wanted to pop on and say sorry we’ve been a little quiet on social media recently. The truth is..we’ve been busier than ever behind the scenes! Spending our days doing what we love most – looking after your amazing pets 🐾🥰

I’m so grateful for every single one of our wonderful clients. The support you’ve shown Time To Paws means more than you’ll ever know and it’s because of you that we’ve continued to grow!

I’m also really happy to introduce Meg, who has joined the Time To Paws team while she’s home from university. She’s been a fantastic help already, and many more of you and your pets will get to meet her over the coming weeks! 🥰

Thank you for trusting us, recommending us and supporting our little business. It really does mean the world and I’m so excited for everything that’s still to come for Time To Paws (yes, we have even more exciting news coming soon!) 😉🐶

The sun is coming again! ☀️

Starting tomorrow, the UK is going to be hit with some high temperatures. As always, your pets safety comes first and we'll never walk your dog(s) in unsuitable weather 🥵🐶

A pop in visit will always be offered instead but if you are going to be home, please do let us know so we can cancel your dogs visit (with no charge 🥰) 🐾

During periods of high temperatures, walks will be swapped to pop in visits wherever possible to help keep everyone safe and comfortable. If a pop in isn't required (eg, you are home!) your walk will be cancelled with no charge.

Pop in visits include toilet breaks, enrichment, fresh water top ups and of course..lots of cuddles 🐾🩷

🏝️ Holiday 🏝️

Just a little reminder that I will be away/unavailable from 6th–15th June ☀️

During this time, my phone won’t be checked regularly and replies will be slower than usual 🐌

We have some holiday booked in during June and the diary is filling up quickly - we’d hate for anyone to miss out.
