A few customers have informed us that their email reminders have been going into their Spam/Junk folders. If you usually get email reminders from us please be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders if you think haven’t received yours.
As always, we recommend also making a note of your appointment when you book rather than relying just on the emails.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. The emails come from an automated booking system so unfortunately this is out of our hands!

The salon will re open as normal tomorrow morning (Tuesday 27th May) 🎉
The phone line is now up and running again but we are still having issues with the internet so cash payments may be preferable this week please ☺️

We have contacted all clients who have had appointments cancelled on 23rd & 24th May and have left voicemails for those that we were unable to get hold of.
Please note, we will reply to all other enquiries once we have rebooked everyone who has had to have an appointment cancelled as we are giving these clients priority over our limited availability.

Due to yesterday’s flood we currently do not have a phone line in the salon. We hope to be able to resolve this for when we intend to return on Tuesday 27th May. In the meantime, if you need to contact us please email [email protected]

After a visit from the electrician we are hoping to have the salon back open as usual on Tuesday 27th May.

We have had to close the salon with immediate effect this afternoon due to flooding.
