Whilst we will remain open during this heat wave, we kindly ask that you do not walk your dogs to us but instead, bring them by car. It is simply too hot for them to be walked during the day at the moment🥵 Fortunately our salon is air conditioned!

We are also currently in the process of renovating the salon and our gated system is being upgraded.

During this period, we will remain operational but the door will be locked during opening hours and will be opened for those dropping off and collecting their dogs🐾🐩

‼️NO SHOW’S & LATE CANCELLATIONS KILL SMALL BUSINESSES‼️

We hate to be negative but since the start of January 2026, we have lost over £700 due to late cancellations and people not showing up to their appointments😕

We understand and appreciate life can be unexpected but as a small business, we simply cannot absorb these costs.

Going forward, if you cancel short notice or do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged.

On a better note, thank you to all of our lovely clients who turn up as scheduled, on time and make our day brighter🐶✂️
