Another hot one 🥵 today consisted of;

⭐️ An early morning group walk (sorry no photos. I wanted my full attention on the dogs to ensure their safety even before it got too hot)
⭐️ house visit for Mille the Jack Russell. Who clearly didn’t look like she had just been super poorly at the vets recently! She was still full of beans and demanding treats like the queen she is 🩷
⭐️ A**l gland appointment. Because who doesn’t lol a bum squeeze 🙈🙊
⭐️ home visit for the girls Poppy & Willow. The sweetest CRAZIEST girls ever 💖
⭐️ nail clip appointment for Evie the Doberman who made sure I earned my moneys worth chasing her around to catch her first 😆 she’s such a diva!

All afternoons walks cancelled. Absolutely no do dogs should be walked in this afternoons heat!

Hi everyone,

As you’re probably aware, it’s set to be another hot week. While I always try to walk the dogs in cooler, shaded areas, if temperatures become too high, I may need to cancel some walks for their safety.
I’m happy to take things day by day and see how the weather develops throughout the week. However, if you’d prefer to cancel in advance, that’s absolutely fine too.

As an alternative, I can offer home visits, garden breaks, or shorter enrichment visits if that would work better for your dog.
As always, the dogs’ safety and wellbeing come first.

Just wanted to say I hope you all have a lovely weekend. It can be difficult as a self employed dog walker when it’s hot days like this. But I would rather miss out on the money than risk any dogs health. Stay safe everyone and keep those little paws inside ☀️🐶

I’ve got a favour to ask. It won’t cost you anything, and it would massively help me out. Since the economy took a nose dive and s*** got more expensive, lots of my clients that used to be regulars seemingly either can’t afford to have their pets seen as frequently, or they found someone less experienced and therefore cheaper. I get it. I’ve had to compromise with regards to a lot of my outgoings too. But I have relied on being a physio as my full time income since 2022. That’s no longer sustainable. So, my ask: if you can take a minute to invite your friends to like my page, that’s fab. If you can recommend me to anyone you know, or even people you don’t if you see a post on here for example, even better. If my regular clients are consistently becoming less regular, I need more of them, simple maths. (And of course, if you win the lottery, I take cheques). Cheers 😉
