As I head off into the distance for a week or so and hopefully take some lovely hot weather with me, I just wanted to pop a reminder out there that the hot temps can be very dangerous for a lot of animals - this popped up on my Timehop again this year and thought I would share with you all - if in doubt, don’t walk! Missing one walk won’t hurt ur furry friend, but taking them out especially anything over 22’/23’ and on the pavements could potentially harm them and even prove fatal in some cases 😭 I wont be able to continue my walks if the temps are over 20’/21’ (if we do manage to have a summer this year!) as temps are likely to rise whilst out on our walks - especially as a lot of my calls are between 11am and 2pm which is the hottest part of the day! If I’m unable to walk ur furry friend, I can of course still call in and give them a toilet break and a play/ refresh water etc but I will discuss arrangements with all my clients once I’m home 🏡 all that remains for me to say is ‘see you next month’ 👋 🏖️ ☀️
