☀ Warm Weather Reminder ☀

Please allow your dogs extra time during this weather 🐾

We know it can be frustrating when appointments run over and we always try our very best to stay on schedule, but we will need to give dogs extra breaks and more time throughout their groom to ensure they stay comfortable, relaxed, and do not overheat or become stressed.

Your dog’s comfort and safety will always come first. Although we do everything we can to keep the salon cool — including cooler baths, fresh drinking water available at all times, fans/air con in the salon and using dryers on the lowest, coolest settings — the salon can still become warm during hotter weather 🌡

Please refrain from walking your dogs to their appointment if it can be helped so that their pads don't get burnt 🧡

With the predicted warm weather approaching, just a gentle reminder what to do for your dogs to help keep them safe in the heat 🐾

Please do not walk your dogs to their appointment if it can be avoided as we want your dogs to be comfortable and safe 🧡

Please give extra time with grooming appointments in the heat as the grooming salon can get very warm due to the dryers etc. Extra measures like fresh drinking water at all times, cooling fans & cooler baths are in place to make your dog comfortable and relaxed 🐾

As the warmer weather approaches, we’d like to gently remind all of our customers to take extra care when bringing their dogs to appointments 🫧

Hot pavement and high temperatures can be uncomfortable and even dangerous for our pets. Where possible, we kindly ask that you avoid walking your dog to their appointment during warm weather. Alternative transport or cooler travel times can make a big difference to their comfort and wellbeing 🐾
