My previous status was quite blunt 🙈
What i was trying to explain this is my lively hood, if you dont show up I am at lost. It does waste my time, I could have filled the appointment.

My self employed friends they truly know how it makes you feels, ruins your day,

To my regulars, you are amazing! I always say to folk I have the best regulars. Lesson learnt today. (The no show was a new customer) 🙈
