This beautiful old girl melts my heart 🥹 a few days ago she didn't want to eat her breakfast which she usually loves and I found that the only way she would eat it was when I was by her side knelt down with her so she knew I was there 🥹🩷🩷 look at the food on her mouth lol
Isn't she the most gorgeous goat 🥹🩷🐐

Remember Daves pressure sores and the abcesses our poor boy had 😔💔

Look at them now 🥹😍his wool has grown back and he just has lovely pink skin of where they used to be 🥹🙏🩵

All the care we gave our beautiful boy keeping those sores covered , clean and medicated day after day and all those worrying nights feeling like they may never go 😔

Is all in the past just look at them 🥹 our boy is the best healer and with all hes gone through he has not once had a day that he gave up 🥹🩵🩵🐑 this boy is so special to us with the most cheeky , funny character you will ever meet 🥹🩷

⚠️⚠️⚠️📢 URGENT APPEAL 📢⚠️⚠️⚠️

To our amazing followers ,

We’re writing to you today with heavy hearts, but also with the hope that you’ll hear our call.

This summer has brought us to our knees. The combination of soaring costs, the relentless need for hay, and a significant drop in donations has created a crisis we have never faced before. We have always found a way, but now, 😔 . Our funds for feed has run out completely.

Every day, we walk to the fields with feed buckets in our hand, and we are met with the most trusting eyes. Our old, sweet animals , who need extra meals just to keep weight on, look at us with happiness in their eyes knowing their feed is on its way. The animals goes through hundreds of pounds of hay a week, a number that feels staggering right now. The promise we made to each of them—a promise of safety, love, and never going hungry —feels fragile. 😔💔 and this is heartbreaking.

We are their protectors. We are their voice. And right now, that voice is shaking because we need to ask for your help once again.

We are humbly, and urgently, asking you to stand with us. If you have ever found joy in a picture of our animals, ever been touched by one of their stories , or ever believed in the work we do, please consider helping us feed them. If you can't financially do this as we know how hard times are for everyone 😔 sharing this post means just as much to us 🙏💛

Tinkerbell has already nearly fallen off one of the stands when she was sleeping and stretched and forgot where she was lol 🙈🙈
But how we havnt seen that happen to Arthur lol his body is way too big yet he feels that safe up there he just let's his body goes where it goes 😂🙈🩷🩵🩵

Our sweet tiny girl Tinkerbell is back to her old self and is doing amazing and had no set backs atal 🥹🩷🩷

Hi everyone , we are needing a volunteer who can come to our sanctuary once a week to clean our duck ponds please.
There are x2 ponds that will need scrubbing, emptying and filling
And then there are 3 small plastic sand pit pools which again will need scrubbing clean , emptying and filling .
We are needing the volunteers who come to help us with our every day jobs as these task take up all our time and just don't get the time to do these .

We are not asking for you to volunteer and stay we are just really needing help with the ponds please
And for me to know someone is coming to definitely do them every week 🥹

Hi everyone 😊🙋‍♀️ Dave went into his wheelchair today from the AMAZING Winston's Wheels Charity 1191322 who sent out another wheelchair for our beautiful boy Dave when his last one had a little break and he wouldn't be where he is if it wasn't for you giving Dave a chance in giving him a wheelchair ☺️🩷🩷

Today in the wheelchair Dave was very weak on his back bad leg more than iv seen him in a while so it was upsetting for us 😔 but when he put his mind on wanting to go back to his bed he was like a little trooper 😁 on all 4 legs determined because he wanted to go to his bed lol 🙈
Dave's life which he loved was

Sleeping, eating , and having cuddles lol

And now he's having all that brought to him while he lays there and honestly we know the cheeky boy and we know he's enjoying every minute of us doing everything for him and taking him his favourite food while he just lays there lol and we know he's going to be cheeky and we are going to need to encourage him more than ever ☺️

Then my parents came home from the sanctuary tonight with the BEST NEWS I could have heard 🥹🙏🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

My dad was sat in with Dave tonight giving him a drink and to encourage Dave to drink we have to keep his food away from him at the side lol and because he wanted his hay so bad and was fed up of waiting for it lol my dad says he got up on his front legs and then on his back leg and walked 😍😍😍😍

Not great and not perfect as that bad leg wasn't doing much but this is the BEST NEWS 😁🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🐑

EVER 😁😁😁😁🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

This is what we have prayed for this gives us so much hope for our amazing , strong , beautiful boy 🥹🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

Who knows where he might be in the morning when his hay runs out 😂🙈🙈🩵

Hi everyone , unfortunately our farrier has had an accident and will be out of work for maybe 3 months so we are looking for a sympathetic, kind and gentle farrier to take his place untill he is back with us we just wondered if anyone could recommend someone please

Our beautiful oldest boy this morning 🥹
He's starting to gain his weight again now 😁🩵
He doesn't eat all his meals up all the time so he isn't as hungry which means grass must be now coming through and they are loving the hay we are going through 3 big hay bales a week and it's summer 🤦‍♀️💛 the hay we have is beautiful for them they eat it all up straight away lol just need the grass to grow 🥹💛

Hi everyone 🥹 just a little update
After a week of having Tinkerbell in the crate as she was very poorly and been on antibiotics and metacam for a week yesterday we were able to let our beautiful little girl free again with her brothers and she was soooooo happy 🥹🥹🐱🩷
Rolling around outside and still coming to us she knew we did all we did with her was to make her better 🥹 and so much better she is 🥹 she's acting her normal self now 🥹🙏🙏🩷were soooooo pleased 🥹🙏🩷

Thank you to Sharon and Jackie for giving our babies 🐱🐱🐱 the outdoor bed which will be put out when there's no wind and we have the hot weather again 🥹 they have already been on it in their stable 🥹🙏🩷

Friday I mucked out our little babies ( Blossom and Samson ) 🐐🐐 they love it when I do with all the fresh straw to play in and eat 😂🙈 tried to get some photos of them all before they went to bed 🥹🐐🐐🐐🐐🩷🩵

Dave is doing amazing and as cheeky as ever 🥹🩵🩵🩵🩵🐑

We are also looking for volunteers to help on an evening too a few days a week for a few hours I still have people to reply back to and will be asking them too if they are interested 🥹 but if you are interested please contact us 🥹 this is for people who csn commit long term and as a permanent volunteer 🥹 thank you 🥹💛
