Today's customers, I have a lot of dogs in this morning.

I had a couple of days off and the sun is out so everyone's dogs is needing haircuts to stay cool.

I will be doing my best to get through everyone this morning but there will be a longer wait time for everyone. So please bare with me today.

🚫🐾 Flea & Tick Season Is Back 🐾🚫

Please make sure your dog’s flea & tick treatment is up to date before appointments.

Please try and check before your grooming appointments for any signs of fleas or ticks. 🐶

As we now have 3 groomers working in the salon, it’s really important we keep the environment flea-free for everyone’s dogs.

Dogs arriving with fleas will incur a £20 charge (this covers the price of fleabombs) plus the full groom price, as all groomers have to stop working, cancel appointments for the rest of the day, and deep clean & flea bomb the salon.

If you miss your appointment you will be expected to pay full groom price before i will rebook your slot.

Almost £500 of appointments were missed this month alone!! I can not afford this and I can not continue with it. The business won't be able to stay open if it keeps happening!
