We are getting lots of new customers through recommendations, and we are thrilled with the feedback for Cambridge House ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

๐Ÿ”ธAs we are getting busier we have made the decision we can no longer accept dogs with behavioural issues.

๐Ÿ”ธWe can still accommodate our regular โ€˜Spicyโ€™ customers (dogs not owners ๐Ÿ˜‰), but please note the price will reflect this going forward.

๐Ÿ”ธThose that require 2 groomers will be charged for 2 appointment slots/ 2 groomers times at the rate for 1 full groom pp.

๐Ÿ”ธ(๐–๐ก๐ฒ?) We have absorbed the cost in the past, but we are getting too busy to find appropriate time slots for 2 of us to be free, deal with challenging behaviour and charge less to do so.

We hope our lovely lot of customers understand why we have made this decision.
