Some of your dogs will have been eating the Yumwoof bites at the till. These are little airdried pieces with very limited ingredients. They make a great food for holidays etc but they make an even better budget friendly treat. The food is now in stock but the supplier has a small amount of old design packaging bags that weigh 3.2kg that are short dated to the end of December. They usually retail for £69.99 but we are able to offer them for £20. You could feed it for a holiday or you can use it for treats or enrichment play. It's the equivalent of 32 normal treat bags so 63p a bag for high quality limited ingredients treats - great for walkers, groomers, trainers or just loads of treats for a very lucky dog family. We have a very small stock of the bargain bags.

Tonight's job is getting the kongs and lickmats ready for the weekend. I'm also going to try to make rabbit ear sandwiches- two rabbits ears held together by calming peanut butter! Are you in the final preparations for anyone with Halloween Fireworks?

Today is Día de los Mu***os de la Mascota when Mexican faith says that the souls of departed loved pets can return to their families ahead of the human celebration on the 1st and 2nd of November. I think it's a beautiful way to remember the significance of our pets. This evening we will light a candle and leave a few treats to see who comes to visit.

We are looking forward to seeing you all and have moved things around with the wet weather so everything is inside (no more kong and spoon race but mayne another time). Parking at Duck Farm Court can be more difficult on Saturday but there is short free parking in Morrisons (I think 2 hours) and Friars Croft have £3.30 all day on Saturday or £1.80 all day on Sunday with free blue badge spaces.
