With firework season approaching, Raiya’s usual playlist has been replaced with firework sounds, played quietly alongside things she enjoys.

If you’re doing the same, start low, keep sessions short and follow your dog’s pace. They should remain relaxed, if they look worried, turn it down or stop.

🐾 Three sessions. Growing confidence. A little more trust each time. 🤍

Meet Ellie, who was referred to me by another groomer for support with her grooming anxiety. Following a past trauma, she finds grooming a bit stressful and having her head touched particularly difficult.

Ellie has now completed her third behaviour session, and watching clips 1, 2 and 3, you can see the difference. 🥹

Her confidence is growing, she now enjoys coming into the salon, and she’s becoming comfortable with me working around her head in small, manageable stages.

We’re taking things at Ellie’s pace, giving her time to feel safe and building on what she can comfortably manage.

I’m so proud of her progress and really looking forward to continuing this journey with her. Small steps mean so much. 🤍

𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦. 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐚 𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝.

To some, this video might just look like me bathing a dog. For Tino, it’s a huge milestone achieved.

Severe anxiety and aggression towards people have meant Tino hasn’t been groomed for four years. Today, he had his first wash and deshed at Premier Paws. 🥹

I’ve been working with Tino for a little while now, building the trust that made today possible. Words can’t describe how proud I am of him.

For dogs like Tino, progress can be taking a step that once felt impossible.

Trust is earned not forced. And today, we had something worth celebrating. 🤍

Forever grateful to the dogs in my life!
And the trust owners place in me with their dogs.

Meet Rex, the rescue German Shepherd 🐾💙
Rex joined me for a bath, de-shed and tidy.. a little pamper to freshen him up and help shift that loose coat!

Every rescue dog deserves care, comfort and kindness. That’s why Premier Paws and Mark from Countrytails are aiming to raise money to help renovate the kennel facilities and improve the bathing area at our local Appledown Dog Rescue. ❤️

Jordan from Premier Paws & Mark from Country tails dog walking are teaming up for our local Appledown Dog Rescue! 🖤

𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐄𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄—donate what you can!
All profits will help towards renovating the kennels and improve the bathing area for the rescue dogs. 🐶

Express wash & dry only, plus nail trims.
Unfortunately - No large, heavy doubled coated desheds.
We love BIG hairy dogs too, but washing a small horse would rather defeat the “express” part on this day. Sorry 😔

🎉 Mcgrumpy and Snuffles will also be celebrating 50th anniversary KONG Day on site, with prizes and competitions!

Out of 865 nominees, I was selected as one of the Top 5 in the UK for the Handling and Welfare Champion category at the High Achievement Awards.

To have my work recognised in an area I care so deeply about means the world to me. Handling dogs with patience, understanding their behaviour and making sure they feel safe and comfortable is at the heart of everything I do. 🐾
