🌸 A little update 🌸

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all my lovely regular clients , thanks to your continued support and all the advance bookings, my diary is now completely full for the rest of the year! 🙏🥰

I’m currently working six days a week, so unfortunately I’m unable to take on any new clients or add extra appointments before the end of December.🎄

From January, I’ll be introducing a slightly new booking system, and I’ll make sure to let everyone know in good time how it will work.

Thank you all so much for keeping me so busy and for trusting me with your gorgeous dogs I’m truly grateful! 💕

💇‍♂️ Full Groom

Small breeds: ( yorkie-pomeranian-maltese-chihuahua-bichons-westies) from £40

Medium breeds: ( cocker spaniels-cavaliers-foxterrier-schnauzer-poodle cross breeds) from £45

🐕 Large Dogs
Due to the size of the bath and grooming table, I can only accept large dogs by prior arrangement.
These appointments are available on Saturdays only, when I have extra help.

✨ A few simple house rules to keep everything running smoothly 🐾

🐾 The Dogmother – Grooming Guidelines 🐾

📅 Appointments

Bookings are always in a 1-hour time frame (e.g. 10:00 = 9:30–10:30).

If I ever need to go beyond this, I will call you.💬

Please make sure your dog has been to the toilet before the appointment and is ready when I arrive.🙏

🔄 Re-booking

To secure your dog’s spot, please book the next appointment in advance.

❌ Cancellations

First cancellation is free, no problem at all.🥰

Please note: I may not be able to rebook for several weeks due to high demand.

🚫 When I cannot groom

Dogs in season (heat) – grooming must be postponed.🐾

Dogs with fleas 🐾– please let me know beforehand so I can move you to the end of the day❗️ (the van must be disinfected afterwards).

✂️ Coat condition

Severely matted coats may need to be clipped shorter for the dog’s comfort and welfare.🐶

💳 Payments

Payment is due on the day (cash or card accepted).

💖 Welfare

I will never put a dog through unnecessary stress – comfort and safety always come first❗️

Dear lovely Clients, 🥰

From September I will be making a few small changes.
Due to the growing number of customers, I need to clarify some details.🥰

Because of the constant heavy traffic and ongoing roadworks in town, all appointments will now be given in a 1-hour time frame.❗️
For example, if your appointment is at 10:00, it means I may arrive anytime between 9:30 and 10:30.❗️❗️
👉 If I ever need to go beyond this time frame, I will always call you.💬

Also, from November the price of every full groom will increase by £3. I’m really sorry for this change, but it’s something I need to do. 😒

If you need to cancel your appointment, I completely understand – life happens! 🤷‍♀️
I will never charge for the cancellation. However, due to the high demand, I cannot always promise a replacement appointment for several weeks.😬

To make sure your dog always has a space, please book the next appointment in advance.🙏
