An update regarding hogging appointments 😊

Going forward, horses booked in for hogging that are not having a body clip or clipped neck will incur an additional charge.

When I’m able to hog alongside a neck/body clip, the process is much quicker and more straightforward. However, if the neck is fully coated, extra time is needed to remove and blend the mane neatly into the longer hair, which makes the appointment significantly longer. This service is now listed below under “Hog & Neck Blend”.

This additional time will now be reflected in pricing going forward. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business 💛

With temperatures so warm at the moment, our horses and dogs need a little extra care to stay safe, cool and comfortable.

💧 Fresh water at all times
🌳 Plenty of shade and airflow
🚫 Avoid walking or exercising during the hottest part of the day
🔥 Check pavements before walks
🚗 Never leave pets in cars, even for a minute

Keep an eye out for signs of heat stress and don’t hesitate to contact your vet if you’re concerned.

Let’s keep our four legged friends happy and healthy in the heat ❤️
