I’m starting to see holiday decorations, which means it’s time for your 3rd annual reminder:

Dogs are long term commitments, not gifts. You wouldn’t gift someone a payment plan or a chore list (even if it was cute), and dogs are an added cost and layer of responsibility. Very fun, very sweet, but still a lot of work.

Communicate about whether they are prepared for that kind of commitment BEFORE committing them to it. If you intend to get a dog for your kids, ensure that you are prepared to step in and ensure the dog’s care if your child can’t manage it on their own.

Research your breed(s) BEFORE bringing them home and adopt or shop responsibly.

Busiest day so far and no Dr Heather 🤯🤬 however Brian and Denise did a great job considering how many dogs we had. Sniffers went well with a bigger turnout than we were expecting. Don’t forget there is a 16 page handout for sniffers you need to text Brian and he will send it to you via phone. We are not doing printouts anymore every thing is done digitally.
