Let the Dogs Run Private hire of a wood, activity field or grass park. All deer fenced with field shelters £5 per hour per dog up to a maximum of 4.

⏰Due to lack of daylight our winter hours will start from tomorrow.

⏰We're open 8.40 to 4.40 Monday to Sunday all through the winter.

Did you know.....conkers are poisonous for dogs!

Our 8 year old cocker Basil was very, very sick this weekend after deciding it was a good idea to eat a couple conkers!!!

To prevent this happening to one of our dog customers we have fenced off the bottom of our horse chestnut tree until the final conkers fall off the tree.

Thankfully Basil has made a complete recovery.

We are open as usual!!

What a night!!! Thankfully all our trees have survived. Our grass fields are good but sprinkled with a few extra leaves....the dog squad have done a sniff survey and declared they are good to go!

🍁As we move into Autumn there's a few changes happening at our dog park -

🍁 Opening hours - as the daylight hours shorten so do our evening sessions. We trim them down on a weekly basis until we reach the end of October when our winter hours start.

🍁Grass cutting - Daisy our lawnmower will shortly head off for a well deserved rest for the winter. During October we stop cutting our grass. By leaving it long during the winter it helps maintain a good thatch which will hopefully stay thick during the winter months. The negative results of the longer grass is that it makes poo picking tricky!
Please be vigilant.

🍁£1 price increase per dog - our new charges will be come into effective from the 1st of October, 2025.

Regrettably over the last couple of years many of us have experienced increases in our running costs unfortunately our dog park is no different! We've held off over the last few years adding a price increase but so many of our customers keep saying "I can't believe you only charge £5 per hour per dog for all you provide!"

We have researched other dog park prices and have decided to bring our prices nearer to other dog parks ( we still are one of the cheapest per dog and we feel we offer the most value for money!)

We feel by charging per dog we are not penalising families with 1 or 2 dogs. Other dog parks offer deals - a fixed price for up to X dogs. That's great if you have lots of dogs but if you only have 1 or 2 it's not fair!

🍁2025 Upgrade - We are continually reinvesting in our dog park.

Our latest upgrade project is nearing completion and we hope it will be ready in October. A huge thank you to our customers for their patience.

We hope our customers continue to feel they are getting value for money when they visit our dog park and under our update s.
