Did you know we run a Farm school here as an Alternative Provision? We specialise in SEN and young people at risk of exclusion. We are so excited to have been nominated and shortlisted for THREE awards at Provision plus first gala dinner and award ceremony on Friday 4th July . Whatever the outcome I'm so proud of what the team has achieved this year and look forward to growing and getting better .

Summer HAF Will be run over 16 sessions. If your child has a HAF code then they are entitled to attend up to 16 sessions at any provision they choose.

Here at Lucky Tails Farm we will be running our sessions on the following dates-

Time:
10:00am - 2:00pm
Dates:
Week 1: Monday 21st July - Thursday 24th July
Week 2: Monday 28th July - Thursday 31st July
Week 3: Monday 4th August - Thursday 7th August
Week 4: Monday 11th August - Thursday 14th August

To book onto these sessions I will need the following information-

Child's name.
Childs age.
If you require SEN or a non SEN place.
If your child needs one to one supervision.
Your half code.
The dates that you would like to book for.
