Sorry we have been so quiet recently! I have a had a much needed week off before the big summer rush 😅

We are currently fully booked for the whole of June and have quite a few people still on our cancellation list. If you would like to be added, please drop a message below 👇🏼

Morning all!
Our remaining spaces for June are:
23rd @ 9:30, 12 & 2
26th @ 10
30th @ 3

We have a massive cancellation list due to the weather and we are trying to help as many of you as possible. If you are on the list already, please do not keep ringing us as it is slowing us down and starting to make us run behind- we will ring you if anything comes up. I promise we aren’t hiding secret appointments, we really are that busy! 😅

Secondly, if you no longer require your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We have had a few no shows this week which is particularly annoying since we are turning many people away daily. If you fail to turn up to your appointment, you will be charged a before another appointment is offered- no exceptions!

One of my more nervous dogs to visit the salon is Stanley. He has never been thrilled to get groomed, however after his second visit to the salon, he has made a massive improvement 🤩

I work to his pace and let him sit, stand or walk around if he needs a moment. I try to keep him grounded by talking to him throughout and keeping a hand on him. He enjoys watching the other dogs in the salon and it distracts him long enough for me to do the parts he is particularly sensitive for.

I recorded this little video today to reassure Stanley’s parents, but though it would be nice to show you how we handle nervous dogs in the salon 🥰
