"When to Say Goodbye?" 🤍🐾

It is one of the hardest questions any pet owner will ever face.

Knowing when it may be time to say goodbye to a beloved companion is not something any of us like to think about. Our pets are family members, best friends, loyal companions, and a huge part of our everyday lives. The thought of life without them can feel overwhelming.

When the time comes to say goodbye to a beloved companion, every family is different. Some find comfort in the familiar surroundings of home, whilst others prefer a dedicated space away from everyday life. That is why we are able to offer both home visits and appointments at our specially built premises on-site at Cherry Tree Pet Crematorium 🤍🐾

For those who choose to visit us, our dedicated building has been thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful, private, and comfortable environment for you and your pet. We welcome only one family at a time, ensuring complete privacy and allowing you all the time and space you need, without ever feeling rushed.

Our cosy lounge rooms offer a home-from-home setting, with comfortable sofas, armchairs, soft rugs, and cosy pet beds. There is also access to a small enclosed garden area where your companion can enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings, all overlooking the beautiful Kent countryside.

Whether we visit you in the comfort of your own home or welcome you to our countryside premises, understanding, compassion, dignity, and love remain at the heart of everything we do. We are here to support you before, during, and after your appointment, helping guide you through one of the most difficult journeys a pet owner can face.
