🧬 What does genotyping actually mean for a farmer?

As the Bovine Genetics Genotyping Scheme gets underway, Irish Farmers Journal caught up with one of our pilot farmers, John Edgar, to hear about his experience of genotyping his herd and what he sees as the benefits.

A member of the public has brought in this lost little dog that he found a few days ago. Unfortunately, they aren't microchipped so we can't find any owner details, so could we ask our customers to share it round or see if you recognize them and get them home!🤗

These cute little ladies are with us and awaiting their new homes!😻
They are roughly 12 weeks old and have been checked over by our vets, treated for fleas and worms and given the all clear to find their forever family!
