🌸 A Special Little Kitten Looking for Love 🌸

Six weeks ago, a tiny stray was brought to us with a fractured pelvis. She’s been through so much already in her short life, but with time, rest, and lots of TLC, she’s now ready to take her next big step — finding a forever home. 💕

This sweet girl is very shy and will need a quiet, patient home where she can feel safe and learn to trust at her own pace. With the right family, we know she will blossom into a gentle, loving companion. 🐾

👉 Please share to help us find her the special home she deserves.
📞 Contact Armagh Vet Station 02837997333 if you’d like to know more about adopting her.

Many dogs develop lumps and bumps that are not cancerous, for example:
🟢 Lipomas: Fatty tumors that are soft, movable, and usually harmless. Common in older dogs.
🟠 Sebaceous Cysts: Blocked oil glands that form small, firm bumps filled with sebum.
🟣 Histiocytomas: Raised, red bumps that often appear suddenly, particularly in younger dogs.
🔵 Warts (Papillomas): Caused by a virus, these small, cauliflower-like growths are typically seen in younger or immune-compromised dogs.

💡 While many lumps are harmless, it's always best to have them checked. Our clinic offers cancer screenings with the HT Vista device to determine if a lump is benign or needs further testing — with a pain-free, needle-free scan!

🚫 We don’t prescribe buster collars for fun! 🚫

We know — no one likes wearing the “cone of shame.” But believe it or not, it’s there for a very important reason!

Not wearing a buster collar after surgery or treatment can cause serious complications, such as:

Wound infections – caused by licking or chewing the area

Wound breakdowns – where stitches come apart and healing is set back

Delayed healing – meaning your pet needs the collar for even longer

So while it might feel like a nuisance, the buster collar is actually protecting your pet’s recovery and helping them get back to normal faster.

Think of it as a short-term inconvenience for a long-term benefit 💙

🐾 Your pet’s comfort and healing always come first — and sometimes that means sticking with the collar until the vet says it’s safe to remove.
