Our very own rehome ducks Loki, Antja and Hatti were part of a photo shoot several months ago for Mini Boden!

After 3 hours on the road due to bad traffic, an hour in the back of my van using their mobile pond they came out into the indoor pool to pose and interact with children models and also a surprise dog we didn't know about!

Lots of peas, fusses, and tutorials to the children on how to safely hold ducks and the trio had a great time on set and the children were brilliant with listening to my words to ensure everyone was safe and happy x

Guidance, rewards, praise, time to adjust when arriving on set, breaks throughout are all ways to help your pet do their tricks happily xx

Then back home and carry on as usual knowing they are stars lol!

Congratulations to some of our Tricklympics winners!

Ruby, Harmony, Murphy and Bruno all won medals for their magic tricks as part of pet tricks day this year and here they are proudly showing off their wins!

Luna and Teazle also won medals but are busy tricklympians so photos to come lol 🥰

Our annual Tricks for Treats Competition has started and we have until 2nd November 2025 to see your entries!

Our Dog Tricks Competition is totally free to enter and we are using the Hide Face Trick to show off your dog's skills while they pose behind a Halloween themed frame!

Everyone is welcome to join in! Puppies and Adult Dogs - we love all pets so other pets are welcome too!

🧙 Our annual Tricks for Treats Halloween Competition launches today until 2nd November 2025 and we have more fun for you and your dog!

👻 Each year we set a task with a theme for you to work on and if you want to take part in the comp and try to win prizes for your dog you can enter photos of the finished trick!

🧟‍♂️ This year involves a strong favourite; Hide Your Face!

Certificates for the Pet Tricks Day Big Challenge have started being sent out - these digital certificates are for dogs who took part in the Chin Target / Sleepy Head tricks during September x

Tricks Titles and Awards part two!

The Tricks Titles through Do More With Your Dog are recognised world wide.

There are various Tricks Levels and Titles plus speciality titles throughout the year.

Joe and Kate are both assessors for the Tricks Titles and Joe is a mentor for aspiring Tricks Instructors too. We have the printed lists from DMWYD up in the leaflet display at training.

When Joe first did the titles with Cassie and Taylor there were four levels plus Trick Dog Champion. Now there are Masters levels, there were Olympics Titles last year and more!

When you work on tricks it's for fun, quality time with our dogs and helping our dogs achieve plenty of mental stimulation

Did you know there are Tricks Titles that give you something to work towards?!

We are assessors for the National Canine Trick Star Awards and also Do More With Your Dog Trick Titles

So not only do we teach the tricks correctly and safely for these titles it also means if you wanted to work towards titles we can do this for you too!

Here's some of the fabulous dogs who have achieved the Trick Star Awards Titles with us - this is dogs who I have photos of with their rosettes but there's more on the list!
