I am Danny and Poppy is my associate and due to our bond, it was a natural decision to name my first venture into the animal world after Poppy. I am a military veteran of 38 years and now that my service is behind me, I wanted to immerse myself into something that come

s naturally, and dogs are my passion. When I was younger, I had an ambition to be a vet, but my education was restricted so I did what came naturally. Dog walking will be my elementary provision with the ability to conduct home visits and offer an occasional boarding service where the dogs will become part of our family.

‘Walkies with Poppy’ is for dogs, but the service extends beyond that to any animal that needs care, and they will all receive a premium service, my absolute attention and I will do as I say; put the animals first. I hope that you will consider ‘Walkies with Poppy’ for your 4-legged family member, and I assure you that they will get the best of me.

We returned from our HOLIDAY in Portland on Fri 24 Apr. We gave our dogs 24 hours to settle back at home and then checked in on them all, this is what the Owners said to us;

R has the post holiday blues yet again 🤣 he was devastated when we walked through the door yesterday evening, rather than his best mates! Thank you for giving him another amazing holiday 😃 🐺

Morning Danny, C has slept pretty much most of the time since he got home, he's missed going out with his mates that's for sure, thank you for giving him such a great time. To anyone that is thinking about trying it out, all I would say is do it, your dog will have a great time.😁

T came home had a drink and then took herself up to bed and pretty much stayed there till this morning! She greeted me at the door the just took herself back up to bed 🤣. You guys have properly worn her out with so much fun with her friends 🥰. Thank you for allowing T to join you guys and having an amazing holiday! Wouldn’t trust my girl with anyone else other than you guys. Thank you so much 🐾🐶

L did the same, slept since he got home, even got up a little later this morning, which he never does! Still shattered this morning, but looking at us expecting a beach walk 😂 thank you for giving him such a good time and highly recommend to anyone thinking about it…as long as there’s still space for L 😁

In conclusion; thank you to the owners of the 4, they were just outstanding and we had fun too! We are already looking at plans for our next getaway - Judith Chalmers would be proud!

Our dogs were Out of this world, so proud of them all. Ralphie got some awesome logs, the labs boxed alot and Tilly had a week off lead and gained lots of confidence.
