What a fabulous evening, thank you so much to all of you for coming and joining with us to celebrate our members success, we hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did?
Thank you to Gem Equine Veterinary Services for presenting all the trophies it was a long job but you were amazing.
Thank you to the committee for putting in the final shift of the season (I think we pulled it off)
Huge congratulations to Dolly Bacon & Pretty Mae on taking Overall Supreme Champion 👏🏆❤️

Who’s excited for our Presentation Evening tonight???? 😆🏆
Little bit of housekeeping,
The Post Mill Centre, South Normanton
Doors open at 6.30pm for prompt 7pm start.
On arrival please find your allocated table promptly from our table plan at the door (no tickets required we have your names to be checked in)
You will then be invited in tables up to the buffet.
Once everyone has their food the exciting bit will begin, who will be crowned 2026 Supreme Champion?

We will be selling tickets for our “Bonus Ball” on the door as you walk in £7.50 a number with the fabulous “Poly Jump Set” prize
Following the prize giving we have a raffle with great prizes from local equestrian stores these will be £1 a strip
We can take cash or card.
There will also be a Tombola with tickets just 20p each or 5 for £1.

Daxpics Photography Art & Design will be with us to capture your special moment and will take photos with all your trophies following the presentation.

There will be a Disco until 11.30pm let’s see lots of you dancing to celebrate your success 💃🏼🕺

ONLY ALCOHOL/DRINKS PURCHASED AT THE VENUE MAY BE CONSUMED
Do not bring any drinks of your own or open anything you may win on the raffle.
The venue are very strict on this and you WILL be asked to leave, bags may be searched.

Finally we are so very proud of each and everyone of our members collecting prizes tonight, let’s all have a fantastic evening enjoying it together ❤️

PERPETUAL TROPHIES!!!!!
If you have recently taken your trophies to Showstoppers the please disregard this message!
TO ALL OF YOU THAT STILL HAVEN’T RETURNED THEM THE DATE FOR RETURN HAS PASSED AND THEY NEED TO COME BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!
The presentation takes a lot of organising and late returns makes this so much harder!

Don’t forget presentation evening tickets are on sale now, numbers are limited as the room only holds a certain amount of people so make sure you don’t miss out!

We will holding this years event at the Post Mill Centre, Off Market St, South Normanton, Alfreton. DE55 2EJ

We will be holding the usual raffle with great prizes from some local equestrian stores and this year have secured a fabulous prize for our bonus ball, remember the Hedgehog jump wings last year? Well this year the prize is bigger and better!

Tickets are now on sale for our presentation evening: which is being held at The Post Mill Centre, South Normanton!

The names of all people you are ordering ticket for (this is needed for seating plan)
Any dietary requirements (vegetarian/gluten free etc)
Tables are of 10, please let us know if there is anyone you particularly would like to sit with, we will do our best to accommodate this but cannot guarantee it.
Ticket sales will close strictly on Monday 19th October.
