In weather like this I'm really grateful how cool the salon stays. The windows open and fans on keep it to a comfortable working temperature for both me and the dogs.
I've finished my week slightly early as we have a family wedding tomorrow.
I'm currently booked up until mid July so please remember to book well in advance.

Today was booked as a day off in preparation of a family wedding tomorrow.
But as I'd been unable to get Zac and Indi in for grooming they took priority this morning. They will be much cooler after their thorough deshed. It's amazing how much undercoat comes out of a couple of collie's.

Not so many photos as it's been a bit of a crazy week this week with some very wooly dogs who needed some extra attention and some who were just too excited to have their photo taken.

Also a gentle reminder please remember the day and time of your appointment. I had to phone 2 owners this week. Luckily they could get straight over but it can badly disrupt my day when dogs arrive late.

The end of another week of regulars all getting ready for summer. It's a shame that the weather isn't really ready at the moment but hopefully it will cheer up again soon ☀

I've got a couple of appointments reavailable for June so will be checking with those waiting next week and try to bring you forward if possible but it all depends on size and coat type.

Due to the ever increasing business costs my prices have increased from today (2nd June).
Please be aware that the list on display in the salon is a guide price and that dogs that come in very dirty or overgrown will be charged according to the extra work required.
I'm always happy to discuss styles that can be altered if you need to increase the length of time between visits.

June is currently fully booked but if you need to change an appointment I have cancellation list so please let me know in plenty of time so I can swap dogs around.

I always forget to take before photos but this little girl had gone much longer than usual between visits due to her owners work commitments.
13 weeks really isn't recommended but they had done a great job of bushing her at home ☺
So only a couple of mats in her face and tail.
Doesn't she look different and hopefully she won't go as long next time 😂
