🎉 HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING TEAM & SUPPORTERS! 🎉
We are absolutely thrilled to share that our recent fundraiser raised a fantastic 400€! 💶✨
An event like this takes a village, and it wouldn't have happened without Kathy, who put her heart and soul into pulling the whole thing together—spending days preparing items, sorting through stock, and organizing the event from start to finish.
We have some truly wonderful people to thank for helping Kathy achieve this fantastic total:
🔹 Chris – who had the original brilliant idea for the event! Chris set the ball rolling by approaching Pino’s Bar to secure their involvement and get everything arranged, as well as working hard selling clothes on the day. The staff at Pino's were also incredibly helpful!
🔹 Gretel – for designing the fabulous posters that helped us promote the event.
🔹 Jane & Steve – who were absolute lifesavers. With the lift out of action, they did the heavy lifting carrying everything upstairs and back down again. Jane also stayed the whole time to keep sales moving!
🔹 Our Long-Suffering Husbands (Brian, Bob, and Robert) – who did the essential heavy lifting, driving all the stock and setup gear down to the bar. We couldn't do it without you!
🔹 Lisa – for setting up the entire pet supplies section and managing the stall all day.
🔹 Our Star Bakers: Sharon, Jane, Denise, and Carol – for the delicious cakes and lovely little bags of biscuits that kept everyone sweet!
💖 A Special Spotlight on The Harp Bar in Roldan! 💖
Liz took the cake stall on the road, and we want to send a massive, heartfelt thank you to Carol (the owner), the wonderful staff, and the incredibly generous customers of The Harp Bar. They bought so many of the delicious cakes made by Sharon and Denise, making a substantial contribution to our grand total. The Harp Bar always supports LIPS, and we are so incredibly grateful for their ongoing generosity! Liz also took remaining items to Los Infiernos yesterday to help top up the funds.

Otis is a very special lad who has been progressed by our dedicated Trust Team, working hard to build his confidence and help make him ready for his forever home. An enormous amount of effort has gone into this boy, but he is absolutely worth it. Now, all we need is your help to find the right home for him!
