At Øens Have, children and young people (1st - 9th grade) can visit with their class and experience the largest urban farm in the Nordics up close 🌱🌱

The children will work in the fields, cook over an open fire, and learn a lot about vegetable cultivation, plant anatomy, and nature’s circular cycle from seed to compost. We tailor the experience to the appropriate age level 🙌

We’ll enjoy lunch in our beautiful yurt if the weather is uncooperative; otherwise, we’ll sit outside in the garden ☀️

The classes run from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and are FREE for all public schools in

FARM-TO-TABLE EXPERIENCE ⭐️🥳

Plan your next gathering at our urban farm on Refshaleøen and enjoy a true farm-to-table experience in one of our two handcrafted yurts in the middle of the 🪴

Here, we host everything from private dinners and weddings to meetings, workshops, and celebrations 🧡

Our big yurt comfortably hosts up to 120 seated guests (and plenty more for standing celebrations 🥂), while the smaller yurt offers an intimate setting for up to 55 people.

We serve seasonal, organic food sourced directly from our farm and from local organic producers — including sustainably caught fish and animals that have lived a good life with care🥬🐟

✨ You’re invited to this year’s Kulturnat on Refshaleøen 🎃 This Friday October 10th.

Refshaleøen comes alive with lights, activities, and events all around the island – just follow the glow and join the fun.

🔥 We’ll be serving our cozy bonfire stew made with fresh greens from the garden, plus plenty of drinks to enjoy: cold refreshments, wine, lemonade, coffee, and beer – all in our little yurt and restaurant.

🌱 Kids (and curious souls of all ages) can gather around the bonfire or head out on a garden plant safari. Complete the challenge and win a small prize! 🎉

Vi inviterer dig til en uforglemmelig aften på Refshaleøen, når vi dækker langbordet i vores stemningsfulde yurt og samler folk omkring sæsonens bedste råvarer, fællesskab og hygge sammen med Økologisk Landsforening🍀�

Søndag den 19. oktober kl. 17.30 serverer vi en middag skabt af friske økologiske råvarer direkte fra haven og fra lokale økologiske landmænd🥕🌱 – en smag af efteråret på Refshaleøen.�

Før middagen byder vi på rundvisning i haven 🌾, plantesafari for børnene 🐾 og muligheden for at hilse på vores høns 🐓.

Som en lille gave hjælpes vi ad med at plukke frø fra solsikkerne – alle får en frøpose med hjem og et lille minde fra Øens Have 🌻💛��
Vi slutter af med en fællessang - den perfekte afslutning på en hyggelig aften✨�

We invite you to an unforgettable evening on Refshaleøen, as we set the long table in our atmospheric yurt and gather people around the season’s best ingredients, community, and coziness — in collaboration with the Organic Denmark Association (Økologisk Landsforening) 🍀

On Sunday, October 19th at 5:30 PM, we’ll serve a dinner created from fresh organic ingredients straight from the garden and from local organic farmers 🥕🌱 — a true taste of autumn on Refshaleøen.

Before dinner, we offer:
• A guided tour of the garden 🌾
• A plant safari for the kids 🐾
• And the chance to meet our chickens 🐓

As a small gift, we’ll gather sunflower seeds together — everyone gets a packet of seeds to take home, as a little memory from Øens Have 🌻💛

We’ll end the evening with a communal song — the perfect closing to a cozy evening ✨

Every Sunday at 17:30 we celebrate seasonal produce 🥕🥦 and the joy of eating together.

Bring your little ones too 👧 — they can go on a garden plant-safari 🌱🔍 and make friends with our chickens 🐓 while you enjoy good company 🥂

Our last Sunday Longtable dinner for this season will be on October 5th🧡 so hurry up if you want to come by for a cozy Sunday🌟

Join us as Øens Have transforms into its winter setting, with bonfire, candles and frosty vegetables ❄️🎄

Join in as a small group (minimum 12 people) and share the yurt with other small groups or you can rent the whole yurt to yourself🥂
