Spring is blooming in the villages!✨🌻

Both Vesterbro and Refshaleøen got their hands dirty during recent gardening days—and it paid off. Over 20 villagers joined in, planting seeds, painting signs, and turning shared spaces into green oases. The greenhouse is up and running, the plant boxes are full, and wildflower beds are in the works.

Shoutout to everyone who came by and helped make the villages a little greener!

Bringing Art & Community Together for Village Østerbro 🎨🏡

As we prepare to open Village Østerbro, we’re hosting workshops across all villages to create a special art exhibition for the new villagers—a peek into the lives of current villagers, made by the community itself!

Our first workshop was all about creativity, connection, and storytelling. With a warm and inspiring atmosphere, villagers came together to share their experiences through art.

The Minister of Social Affairs and Housing recently visited CPH Village in Vesterbro and met Sofie, one of the villagers who lives there. She shared how the space suits her needs and how much she values the community vibe. 🌿

Now, with a new interpretation of the housing law, these modular homes can be turned into permanent public housing, bringing sustainable and affordable living to more people in Copenhagen! 💚
