Note to customers:

We are extremely full for the next few weeks. At this time, we do not accept walk ins that are not life or death emergencies. Please email us so that we can triage appropriately. If there is a delay in our response, please understand that we are dealing with emergencies in order of urgency as quickly as we can.

We are still waiting for our construction to be completed, at which time our phones will be up and running. Until that time, please continue to email us.

Our hours remain Monday - Friday, 10 - 6 and Saturdays from 10-2. Outside of these hours, please use our VetTriage service.

Valued clients,

AVH will be closed Monday, May 18th for Victoria Day. We are open tomorrow from 10am to 2pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

For any emergencies, please contact http://www.vettriage.com/auroravh, select AVH as the hospital and you will be assessed by a vet immediately. If urgent care is needed, VetTriage will contact AVH directly for emergency services.

Alfador was very excited to get his vaccines today! He was also a huge fan of the treats. Aleta Cameron thank you for bringing him in, it was a pleasure meeting him.

We wanted to take a moment to provide an update to our clients. We are nearing the end of our renovations, and we will soon be moving our reception area to its permanent location. Effective Monday May 11th, we will be using an appointment reminder system called Vello. Vello will send text and email reminders for your appointments going forward. These reminders will have our phone number on them. As soon as our reception area is complete, our phones will be up and running. In the meantime, our phone number goes right to voicemail. During this time, please continue using email only.

You will also see some new faces at the clinic! We have a few summer students over the next few months. We also have Dr. Jenna Brandon joining us for mid May and June.
